- Initial diagnosis of drive condition using DC front panel status indications
- Detailed breakdown of various drive parametric information displayed
- Cloning and ‘Disk Shadowing’ operations
- Safeguarding of original data
- Acceleration of the data recovery process using ‘UDMA’ Mode capability
- Recovery of data from drives with physical ‘bad sector’ problems in user data area
- Recovery from drives suffering physical bad sectors in the firmware Service Area
- Optimisation of response from poorly performing Read/Write heads using HEPSS facility
- Inter-operability with HD Doctor applications
- Data analysis and file recovery using accompanying Data Recovery Studio software
- Manipulation of recovered data
The course will include practical demonstrations and case study exercises for clients to carry out that will both illustrate the capabilities of the product and make clients conversant with its use.
